How Attractions Online Edition Works
Topics
Requirements
The online edition requires three things:
- A personal computer
- Internet Access
- A black & white or color printer
Once your account has been created, you can login any time to print out certificates from Attractions web site, www.attractionsbook.com.
Printing
Each offer can be printed at least once by turning it into a certificate. The number times you can print each offer is listed to the left of offer like this:
(2) Free SANDWICH with the purchase of a SANDWICH of equal or greater value.
This example offer can be printed off two times, before it will stop offering to let you print that offer. After you print it once, the number
will change to (1) to show you have one remaining voucher for that offer. Some offers may be printed up to four times each,
depending on the merchant.
When you are ready to use a coupon, its time to print it out.
Clicking on an offer will bring up the printer dialog box specific to your computer and operating system. In most cases, you can immediately
click print with no special settings or adjustments. You do not need to print the offers with colored ink, black and white will do
just fine. Both black & white or color ink copies are both acceptable.
Please do not print multiple copies of the certificate, as each printed certificate has your email address and an expiration date written on it. Certificates are designed to be used only once by you or your family members only. If there are merchant complaints from an account abusing the certificates, the account may be deactivated with no refund offered.
Terms of the Offer
Most all of the restrictions on how an offer can be used will be stated on the certificate. There are also additional terms to be aware of that might effect using your certificate. The main thing to be aware of is certificates are not valid on holidays, including Valentine's Day, or during special events like Furniture Market. If you act in good faith using your certificate, it is unlikely any of the other terms will ever be an issue. They are mainly to prevent abuse.
Certificates are only valid at the location or locations stated on the certificate. Please do not attempt to use them at other locations- it will be unlikely that merchant will ever participate in the future after getting unauthorized certificates.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions last for the same duration as a printed book, and is valid for you and members of your immediate family. This subscription entitles you to all available Attractions offers in your area during the subscription period. If during that time a merchant renews and makes new offers available, your subscription will automatically be updated to include the newest offers. Occasionally a merchant may go out of business, and when Attractions becomes aware of that, we will remove the merchant from the listings. If an account is found to be breaking the stated terms in redeeming certificates, the subscription may be revoked.
Disabled Offers
Offers can be disabled for several reasons. Using all the available certificates for a particular offer is one reason. If all the offers are disabled for all the merchants listed, it could be that your account is showing a balance. If this is a new account, it means we have not had a chance to charge your credit card yet or there was a problem in doing so. It can also mean your current subscription or promotion period has expired.
If you are previewing one of the available Online Editions, you will not be able to print any of the coupons. The preview mode only allows you to see the participating merchants and the coupons that they offer. Once you purchase a subscription, each offer will be available to print up to the specified amount.
Bugs
Sometimes things don't go as planned. If you try to use an offer and are unable to do so, we will do our best to fix the issue. This covers situations when your printer runs out of ink, the merchant was closed by the time you arrived, etc. Call us at 800-897-1004 during business hours or email us at support@attractionsbook.com. We do proofread offerings, but if you see a typo, or a merchant goes out of business, we appreciate you letting us know.
